QPRO has an experienced well qualified team of auditors who conduct food safety risk assessments on a strictly unannounced basis at all RoyalMnandi catering units. The food safety assessments include microbiological sampling and analysis of food samples, surface swabs and hand swabs, which serves as an excellent validation tool for a number of our processes including our cleaning procedures, food handler hand hygiene as well as control points in our process critical to producing a safe food product.
All QPRO facility assessments are backed by a dynamic multi-level web reporting system, which assists RoyalMnandi to manage the data gathered in the field in real time and to focus on any areas where we may be able to improve.
