Joe started his career in 1982 at the South African Police Service where he obtained his National Diploma in Police Administration. In 1998, Joe left the Police Service in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and joined Protea Coin Security as the National operations Manager. In 2000 he was appointed as a Director heading up the Mining and Guarding Divisions. In 2011, he resigned from Protea Coin Group and joined Mvelaserve as an Operations Executive and during September 2011was appointed as CEO of RoyalMnandi.

Jannis Lombard

Jannis joined RoyalMnandi as Financial Director in August 2011.  Jannis did his articles at Malan & du Preez Inc from 1996 to 1999.  He started his career at Protea Security Services as an accountant in 1999, was promoted to Financial Manager in 2003 and furthermore promoted to Group Financial Manager, Protea Coin in 2007.

Gansen Moodley

Chief Operations Officer

Gansen joined RoyalMnandi as Chief Operations Officer in March 2012. He started his career with Redgwoods Holdings Ltd as a bookkeeper in 1988, thereafter in 1994 he became financial manager of Supertrade Spar. In 2004 he joined Compass SA, a division of Compass PLC as a Business Analyst this entailed financial, commercial and operational risks. Gansen has worked in many countries as an Executive Director for ESS which is the facilities arm of Compass Group. In 2011 he joined the PBS Group as Chief Operations Officer.

Martin Jaap Schermers

Independent Non-Executive Director

Martin was appointed as Financial Director of Mvelaserve in July 2009.  He has more than 12 years experience in the mining industry. He was Financial Director at JIC Mining Services until 2002, followed by Financial Director at Petrex until 2004, after which he was appointed Managing Director of Bema Gold South Africa for two years and Chief Financial Officer of Pamodzi Gold until mid-2008.

David Moisi

Chairman
Started his career as Lt. Colonel in the South African Defence Force, then moved onto become a Manager of Public Safety Lekoa/Vaal Metropolitan Council for 7 years. He was National Chairman of ex-political prisoners committee for 3 years. He then became Director of Makana Investments Corporation and Chairman of Coin Security. Thereafter he became Chief of Protocol in Ministry of Human Settlements. He also serves as non-executive director on the boards of Protea Coin, Royalserve Cleaning, Khuseti, SA Water and Circle ICT.

Zukile Vokwana

Independent Non-Executive Director
Started his career as a teacher, then became IR/HR Manager of Consol. He was IR & Recruitment Manager at Adcock Ingram, and then moved onto SAD as HR Manager. He then became an HR Executive at Telkom and in 2003 the Director of Transformation for Protea Security Services. Currently he also serves as non-executive director on the boards of TFMC and Royalserve Cleaning.
